How can i earn loyalty points?

To collect points, please register on our website www.lavidaorientalheritage.com . Loyalty points are not awarded for orders placed as a guest.

How are loyalty points calculated?

For our partners: For every 10 forints spent, you will earn 1 loyalty point that you use for future purchases. In your own account you can generate an electronic tracking link to share with family, friends and acquaintances. Clicking on the link will take the customer to our website. If the customer referred to us makes a purchase with us, you will receive loyalty points for that purchase in the same way as if you had made the purchase. Our system will store the customer’s details for a further 30 days and if the customer buys again within 30 days, you will again earn a commission.

Where can I see how many loyalty points I have accumulated ?

As a registered customer, you can view your previous purchases and your current available loyalty points in your account. The value of 1 loyalty point is equivalent to 1 forint.

How can i redeem my loyalty points?

At the time of purchase, you will be able to enter the number of points you wish to redeem in the ‘Cart‘ function.

How long can i redeem my loyalty points?

Loyalty points are valid for 365 days. We’ll send you an automatic email notification 30 days before expiry so you still have time to redeem your points. If this does not happen, after 365 days the system will cancel the available points.

What is the maximum points that can be redeemed within a single purchase?

We can credit up to 100,000 points per order.

How many loyalty points can be used within the total value of purchase?

You can use your loyalty points unlimitedly for 365 days, up to the value of the entire order. However, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

Can I convert my loyalty points to cash?

Loyalty points can only be used for purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
